It costs 500 Yen per car to park, however it’s free to park and use the beach if you arrive later in the evening when their shops are already closed (around 5pm). It’s also really nice to go in the evening because the sun starts...More

It is maybe the most open beach at the island. Less secluded. The sand is white and soft. The sea is great for swimming, because the low tide doesn’t withdraw all the water (like in the secluded options). As a consequence, there are jet-skis etc....More

Clear blue waters with fine sandy beach. Peaceful place with warm waters year around. When the winds are up plenty of kite boarders are playing in the waters. Worth a visit.

It’s a beach you can dream about. A lot of sand, clear and warm water and these views. It’s a perfect vacation spot. Even in November!

Powdery white sand, clear blue waters, reclining beach chairs, and beach umbrellas will welcome you once you arrive in Maehama beach. The waves could be a little strong but nothing that can harm you. Lots of water sports around with a couple of companies offering...More

Great beach with crystal clear water, good for swim and for getting some sun. Umbrella and chairs are available for rental (2000yen/day), rest there are some activities happening around but I wouldn't recommend any as it's more of a place to relax than seek adventure....More

I did not see any nets at Yohana beach, but we also did not see any jelly fish. I also swam in several areas with no problems.
