Its an Swamirayan temple with beautiful garden & surrounding. Situated at waghawadi road, this place is frequently visited by citizens. Many items like books, hearble products etc are also available at reasonable cost at this place.

For some reason this temple isn't mentioned much in Lonely Planet or anywhere else and certainly isn't as well known as Takhteshwar. Yet there is far more to see here: intrictae carvings in the terracotta-coloured walls and columns, a number of different deities, and it is certainly busier with local worshippers. There's a nice cradle for Baby Krishna which Hindus queue up to rock. If you only want to see one temple, this is a lot more worthwhile than Takhteshwar or any other in the city.

This temple was built in 2006 and its very young age shines through from the stones which still smell new. The construction is sand colored and the only chromatic element that deviates from the main one is the white of the stairs. Inside the temple there are very young deities with turbans; I don't quite understand who they are, but many faithful turn to them.

Sorry for this belated response. Saw the query only today.
Not sure, but I think they don't offer accommodation. However, Bhavnagar has a variety of hotel rooms over a wide price range.
