    Sacred Temple !!

    Maha Lakshmi Temple is located at Lakshmi tal and is a very old & sacred temple. This is regularly thronged with visitors.

    very sacred place

    we have been visiting the temple for the last 30 years.The place is known for Ma Kali and many other temples in a complex.

    Nice temple !!

    Maha Lakshmi temple is situated on the banks of lakshmi taal & is near the lakshmi darwaza. This temple was built during the era of Rani lakshmi Bai & has a historical importance

    A Newly overhauled Temple

    As always happens to the newly renovated and done up places specially the temples in India; this place has also lost its historical importance as it has been done up with marble flooring etc. that reeks of commercialization rather than the auspicious ambiance.
