The Rani Mahal, Jhansi was actually the palace of Lakshmi Bai. The Palace has now been refurbished into a museum that has carefully treasured the remnants of history and also the little artifacts that belonged to the period of Rani Lakshmi Bai.

the place is a must visit if you are in jhansi. the building is fairly maintained. Number of visitors visit the place for an hour or so.

It was a palace where Rani Lakshmibai used to live but was under neglect state for a long time under British power. Now it houses lots of regional sculptures from 10th-11th century till 18 th century too. Very good place to see those beautiful images...More

Though history is depicted really, entire place needs a face lift to make it a good tourist attraction. Visit if time permits.

Getting to Rani Mahal is a bit of a bother in the centre of Jhansi but its a beautiful building with great character so if in the area do visit.

historical place as Rani Lakshmibai initially used to stay in this palace. Later on shifted to the fort. very old palace situated in the market area.

This is near Jhansi Fort. I would say it is only one time visit place. Nothing special about it. Average
