Nice, worth visiting

The pond is dirty, but the other places around seem OK. The steps to the Chatri stink. The staff at Chatri try to take care during daytime.

Visited the place recently post reading reviews on the website. Travellers have commented that the palace looks impressive with water body in the background. Post our visit to Bala Quila, we tried to visit this attraction. The road on the left side of Bala Quila was having signage for this attraction. After a while, it was a bumpy ride and... More

Not in great upkeep this sprawling building is a throwback to the grand days of the Rajas of Alwar...worth a visit.

Watched from a distance en-route Bala Quila, looks awesome but dilapidated not maintained and you are not allowed to enter. Extrenely narrow roads thick jungles on either sides. Potentially a good spot to be developed for tourism.

A very historical place in the outskirts of the city. Surrounded by a big lake from one side, provides a very picturesque sight for picnics and short trips.

Probably amongst the most fascinating site in Alwar, A majestic palace rising out of a peaceful lake , it is a lovely site with the addenda that it is not open to public. Anywhere else it would have been developed into a resort and would have given some of the better known resorts in Rajasthan a run for their money-... More

This is a beautifully located palace albeit closed to public. The palace is surrounded by Vijay Sagar lake which has almost dried up. But still this place makes for a must visit due to the scenic beauty it offers during sunset and sunrise.
