Looks like old ruin fort. I ll maintained. So called guides are local people to loot. They have half cooked up stories. There is Krishna temple but no idol. You can visit to tick it off your travel bucket.Nothing spooky during daytime and you are not allowed during night time

Useless place. Utter waste of time and money. Just a dismantled fort. All cooked up stories about ghost. Avoid going to this place.

There is parking charge of Rs.50/- per car/SUV.
Entry tickets are Rs.25/- per person if taken in cash from the counter located just at the entry of monument, if one makes payment online then it’s Rs.20/- per person, and kids up to age of 5yrs entry are free of cost.
Several renovation works are going on by the concerned govt., good monument but very ill maintained. One thing to keep in mind that guides are roaming here and there to extract money from tourists on pretext of tell stories about the ruined monument, better one read the details on wiki and do self exploration.
And never believe on befooling you-tubers who spreads misinformation on pretext of ghost and negative energies. Everyone should go and see the monument in a similar way as other forts are. This fort also have a story as all other forts do have. Entry closes by 5 pm as all other monuments also gets closed by 5pm (even govt offices everywhere closes by 5pm).
Must visit place to know about its history and its fascinating reason for its becoming ruins now.
There is normal rush of tourists throughout the day, gardens are very well maintained, old temples inside complex-must see. Beware of monkeys however they don’t disturb tourists unless you pinch them.

The fort complex is quite large and interesting if you like wandering around ruins, which I do. I spent a couple of hours here seeing the marketplace, the havelis, and the first itself. I recommend getting a guide as you will see and understand much more. He explained a lot of the history and rumors of the site and took me to parts I wouldn't have been able to find myself. As a foreigner, be ready to bargain though. His opening offer was 2500Rs!

A nice place to visit, especially in early morning when they open up as you can enjoy the place all to yourself.

The place is big but doesn't have any description boards to explain the various sites. Instead there is only one board which is repeated everywhere.

The main fort has 4 stories but most of them are in rubbles, and government should make an effort to restore more. There's also lots of rubbish around, and should mainstay for cleaning. There's an entry fee after all.

Regarding the haunted ghost stories...well I think they are just there to keep visitors away after hours for their own safety ( from robbers).

Although a place of rich history, I wouldn't make a long trip effort specifically to visit this place. if its near, or on your way, then definitely worth stopping by.
