The trek leaders gave us an informative talk about the area and its wildlife, which was an amazing experience. The caving was an extraordinary experience.

Helpful informative guide who explained geology and plants as he took me on a very beautiful and manageable walk for the morning.

Best hiking experience with Harsh! He took us on the most beautiful hike. We climbed in a cave and saw great views, but the highlight of the hike was seeing a sloth bear from a close distance!!
Highly recommended!

Incredible experience with Harsh and his mate. Both lads have incredible depth of knowledge on flora, animals and the Mount Abu area. We really enjoyed our 2 days with them. Memories that will last a life time!

We had the best morning with Harsh and Mahaveer. We scootered to and from our starting point, which was fun, and walked for four hours with several breaks, including a freshly made coffee stop. The countryside was beautiful and the views spectacular. Harsh told us a great deal about the land, vegetation and wildlife and also discussed a few cultural topics with the group. The walking was at a very comfortable pace. In places the ascent or descent was a bit of a stretch but I was always given a hand when it was helpful.

I have been trekking in the Western Ghats and it was the first time in one of the peaks of the Aravali Range. Mount Abu has a zone marked and protected as a wildlife sanctuary. I researched and read about options to Trek at Mount Abu and decided to try the same out. Wanted my 7 yr old to have his first experience trekking in the hills and we were very excited. Our experience with 'Hiking and Trekking Co Mount Abu' was awesome. Trek Leaders Harsh and Mahaveer were fabulous. We did two treks with them on the evening we arrived and the second early next day. They gave us all the information we needed about the floura and fauna out there. They were keen to answer all our questions about Mount Abu and the Aravali. The trek leaders also told us about the history of region and local cultures. We were lucky to sight the Green Munia on both our treks apart from the several birds and animals sighted. A big thank you.

The good reviews are there for a good reason. What a great experience this was. The nature was absolutely stunning and we even saw a bear. The guides were beyond friendly and enthusiastic and we had such a good time trekking with them. They know everything about the nature there but also taught us a lot about hinduism and their lives. After the trekking they showed us the way to the jain temple and we drank some chai. Would highly recommend!!

After a fair amount of difficulty finding a trekking guide in Mt Abu (the contract recommended in the Lonely Planet guide did not speak English), I was luckily introduced to Harsh and trek was quickly organised via Whatapp. Harsh speaks very good English and is very thoughtful with his clients and has fantastic knowledge of, not only the trails, but also the local flora and fauna and showed great pleasure and patience sharing it with us. The trek we did, whilst not physically demanding, was very pretty and we visited a number of stunning view points and also hidden temples. Unfortunately, we did not see any sloth bears but there was lots of evidence through claw marks in the bark of trees that they were close at hand. Our trek ended at the incredible Jain temples.

If you are looking for a kind and knowledgeable guide in Mt Abu, then Harsh is your man!
