Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is a bird lover's dream come true! Went there last month, and wow, the number of birds is amazing. The trails are easy, and I spotted so many colorful birds - parrots, peacocks, and more. The atmosphere is so peaceful. It's not like a zoo; the birds are just doing their thing in the wild. Bring binoculars if you have them! If you enjoy nature and birds, this sanctuary is a must-visit. Loved every minute of it and already planning my next trip back!

There is not much wildlife left in the sanctuary excellent a couple of crocodiles and a whole lot of monkeys.......but the walk around and the destination in itself is a pleasant experience..........

nice dense forest.. with a pond in between, where u cud see fish and crocs... feed the fish .. and u could see lot of golden ones. Heard from the trekker that except elephants, lions and tigers everything is there. You can find leopards, bears etc in here. Trekking in this cold climate is a good option.

This place is also known as trevor's tank. Its very calm and peaceful. You can plan to grab nice lunch there. You will definitely spot crocodiles and monkeys. Other animals usually come after dusk, so you might not get to see them.

Average Sanctuary. You'll mostly find pets here and there.. You'll not miss anything if you skip it.

This is a crocodile park & you would surely find some crocodiles lying in some corner of the park. There is lot of natural beauty & you would love to eat black berry found in the sanctuary. Way to reach the sanctuary is not desirable.

We called Charles to ask whether he would be willing to do an overnight trek with us two days from then. Because he said he had time, we traveled to Mt Abu two days later. There, Charles tried to talk us into doing a one-day-tour. As we insisted on the overnight trip, he told us that there was a festival and because of that he did not feel like taking us. This was very unfortunate as the only reason for us to go to Mt Abu was the overnight trek.
