Not allowed to go in or go up. Busy traffic did not allow you to take photos without cars and buses and motorcylces.

Fengcai Building is one of Shaoguan landmark but since it was rebuild, not so special right now & just took a few picture then go

a historical building, must view in Shaoguan city. However, the surrounding environment is keen to be improved. I strongly recommend the local government to review the design of this area.

The arch is fine. The pictures online are exactly what it is. The only thing it is good for is noting where Feng Cai road is so you can get some good snacks and walk the pedestrian street looking for deals. It's a good enough spot, but nothing special.
