Well worth a detour if you have any interest in the history of Skoda with a good range of cars and bikes detailing the history from the very beginning. A little thin on the communist era cars with the 1970s and early 1980s seemingly forgotten, with some 1960s cars displayed on hard to view racking. Small gift shop with some interesting books and models. Highly recommend visiting the second hall which is accessed from outside with additional cars and some prototypes to see. Free car park outside and entry tickets excellent value. Sadly the adjacent Skoda new car showroom is not open on weekends.

Very impressive. We booked the factory and museum tour, and were driven around the plant in small groups. Our guide was knowledgeable and humorous. I want to go back Again.
Come early, so you have time to eat in the restaurant, as the food is very good.
Even if you are in Prague as s tourist without a car, getting to Mlada was easy by tram and bus.

Visited in on a return trip back to Prague from skiing in Krkonose. Compared to other car museums like Audi, Mercedes or BMW it's not as high-tech, but still very interesting, presenting the history of the local carmaker in an entetaining way and the price - 80 Czech Crowns per person (3,30 euros) is unbetable. Super friendly staff, good marking and extremely interesting exhibits. David Cerny's Czech Betlehem was a cherry on top of this visit. Do make a detour if you're nearby.

Really enjoyed the Skoda museum. Amazing history and great-looking cars. The museum was extremely informative on the history and impact of Skoda and its founders. This makes for a great day out for anyone. Great for kids. The drive is about 1 hour from Prague, but well worth the trip. Highly recommended.

Really nice, modern museum with a lot of nice and historic Skoda vehicles. Being in Czech and not going here is missing a big part of Czech culture and heritage. The story and the hows the two founder Laurin and Klement built this very well known company is def something enriching and a must. Maybe not one of the biggest car museum i have ever seen, but was def interesting.

If you know rich history of brand you expect much more. Especially with such racing heritage. Only race cars in expo are 2 rally cars... Beware of arrival / departure time. Try to avoid around 14:00 and 18:00 when shifts switch. Traffic then is nightmare.

This museum is interesting for both adults and children. There is a well explained history of Laurin & Klement and Škoda business. Displays of old and modern cars and motorcycles were appealing and entertaining.
