Very helpful staff who have made booking our rail trip a dream, organised everything for us, with smiles and laughs. Will be a regular visitor through their doors for information, more personal than Google!!

Nice little tourist information. Staff even speaks multiple language what makes things easier during your journey . Very helpful with transfer information around the town and to Auckland airport. A big thank you to "Bea" very professional service and very kind . Annika

This is a lovely little information centre with loads of interesting items for purchase and it is very well laid out. One staff member though was not so keen to part with a few free brochures to an Airbnb host though! She became quite defensive...More
