We had a chance to visit the Dam. It was recommended by a friend of mine. I liked it very much. The view is amazing. We took some photos there.I strongly recommend it.

Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam is a big Dam in Nakhonnayok Province. Well know place for local tourist and good meeting point for motorbike/big bike trip.

We went there during week day visit Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam. Just for took the photo and took small boat for sightseeing around.. nothing to do..

We visited during low water season. The large wall of the dam is impressive. You can rent a golf cart to drive along it. Walking in was not allowed. Nice if you are already in the area. But would not recommend to specifically drive there.

There is a small park by the top and from there you can walk a few hundred meters along the top of the dam. You can also take a boat trip across the lake and up the river behind the dam into Khao Yai.
