We liked to visit the place and learned from our bike leaser that this place is closed for rehabilitation. So pls check first before you go for a road trip there.

Before we got there, we already kept on monitoring the schedule of the low tide because it's the best time to visit there. As told by the locals, the tidal pool can't be accessed during high tide. The place was great, I enjoyed the waves...More

If you have been to a rockpool before anywhere else in the world, this may be very disappointing to you. If you've never seen rockpools before, its cool, and definitely recommend going. Its just very touristy there, hard to enjoy the beauty of the rockpools....More

Amazing place. We went there two times as per request from my kids. A very nice place to swim with its majestic rock formation.

Came here at high tide as people had said low tide it could be crowded. There were lots of locals who were very friendly. We all went jumping off the rocks into the rock pools which was really fun and beautiful! Came back again when...More

Everyone should check the calendar before going there, though this wouldn't be applicable if you are in a guided tour group. (But doing a DIY trip is also a very good experience) It is best to go there early in the morning, if applicable, so...More

Hi Dear, Magpupungko is not the best place for snorkeling. I recommend Pagbasayan Beach or Kangkangon Beach at San Benito, Surigao del Norte. This is perfect beach for such activity. Thanks.

No. Just bring a backpack and find a place where you can keep your eye on it. Be sure to put your electronics in a waterproof bag.
