Placed right on the top of a hill for all to see, great if you have a car, but a good uphill walk if not. The area around the figure is in poor condition with several families of feral cats around which some people seem...More

Quite a steep hill to walk up to it, but not for too long. Good views across the town and coastline. Oh, and a large statue of Jesus. There are candles and matches at the foot of the statue, if you wanted to leave a...More

An easy route up through the town. Built in 1946 by local residents and overlooks the town, by the sea.

We went there on a windy and slightly wet day.. Go up the hill passed El Faro café, park and walk to the statue. Great views all around.

it is a long walk from the port, but plenty of parking at the top of the hill. A rough track takes you to the monument, look out for dog dirt. :-(

The whole area looks tired and could do with being tidied up. The statue itself seems cared for but a bit of TLC in the surrounding area would help the overall feel.
