We ambled along the path to the falls - this is once you get past the aggressive curios sellers however lovely walk -not strenuous

People selling from the stalls were very humble and welcoming. Kids were very impressed with the walk taken to get to the waterfall. The weather was pleasant and the nature surrounding the falls were to die for.

Seem like there is general apathy when it comes to cleanliness, litter around the parking area and the toilets where not working, good exercise up and down the stairs.

So tranquil and calm. Beautiful. A must visit for anyone coming to this area. Take a day out to do all the falls in the area. Pack a picnic lunch and make sure to have walking shoes on.

Pay the R10 per car entrance fee and take the walk down to the look out - it is worth it - provided you have comfortable shoes.

Beautiful waterfall, as I remember it from childhood. The path there hasn't been upgraded in years, nor has the fencing. Worth stopping - wear walking shoes.

Amazing falls, especially after all the wonderfull rains we've had. The water was really cascading down in all its glory. A must see site.
