This is on a stop from the boat trip to the Rio Preguiças. The lighthouse is located inside an Army base. The views you get from the light house is amazing. Try also to go under the gigantic cashew trees! A cupuaçu ice cream is...More

Worth the effort of subor (and the effort is not so much). It has views of river, sea, sands of sheets and forest. It allows you to understand how the whole area is and what makes it different from the rest of Brazil.

Nice views over the town and out to the dunes. Good bit of exercise climbing too and even bonus Wifi reception at the top!!

Visit the light house, climb up and take a look of the area. It is amazing, and gives you a great overview

Short stop to climb the lighthouse built in 1906. Climb the 160 steps to the top for a wonderful view. The building is not used as a lighthouse anymore.

The lighthouse has an amazing view - but the community nearby also has its attractions: my attention was drawn by the icecream shop and the bar near the river - which has different types of cachaças to sell.

For us this was part of a day tour. It was nice to see but not really a place where you really need to go especially for a lighthouse: there are many places like this in the world...

Decent view of up to 85 nautical miles. The lighthouse is 35m high and there is no elevator, so be ready for a small hike. They have delicious cachaca at the port in the town.

I went to this place during a tour to Cabure. Nothing really special. There is view in the light house, but not really worth it... You can buy very cheap handcraft there.
