Being very interested in history and a fan of palaces and castles I really enjoy visiting Ulriksdal. The really nice park for example is a perfect place for a relaxing moment, enjoying the view of the beautiful palace. The larger park is a splendid walking...More

My favorite spot in Stockholm, it can get quite busy during weekends, but it's worth seeing anyway. The "palace" itself it's not spectacular, but if you're looking for a great place to chill or be around nature, away from the city-Urliksdal is your best choice...More

The palace area of Ulriksdal has a lot to offer. Join the guided tour of the palace, admire the sculptures in the Orangery, stroll thru the garden and discover Queen Kristina’s splendid coronation carriage in the stables. Both the palace and the Orangery are open...More

Pleasant place to walk around but not easily located. You must have a car as you have to drive deep inside to see this gem. Allow an hour or two to be able to experience the rich ambiance of this place Highly recommended

Visited Ulriksdals castle with my family (including my teenage daughter) and we all loved it. Both the guided tour in the castle and the orangeries were very interesting and the guides soo good. Beautiful surroundings and we had a great picknick in the park.

Castle itself is very small and does not have much to offer, however, the garden is a nice place to have your day out with your family / friends or only yourself in a sunny day. You can choose to have a picnic, walk by...More

Nothing spectacular about this "Palace". Swedes call anything "palace". Just another big mansion used by (some) royal people some time in the past. No much of a (decent) history making attraction. The story actually upsets me. Queen Hedvig Eleonora of Sweden bought this "palace" for...More
