Love the old trees around the lakes. We took a walk in the evening and morning around the lake. Nice, green and peaceful garden.

Just drink in the fresh air and soak in the wondrous view. The Lake Gardens is simply superb with its lakes and water lilies, and plants and trees. The raintrees in particular are a sight to behold with their branches reaching out to the lakes....More

Its within walking distance of Taiping town (about 20min) or you can take a taxi. Best early morning (with the mist on the lake and lawns) and also in evening... with local families, people jogging, enjoying the fresh air etc... The road around the lake...More

It is a place where the old mines were, beautified and currently very well maintained. It is amazing for a jog, bicycle ride and there are even boat rides available. There are many nice trees that are more than a century old.

no cost as the access is a circular public road with a few entry points open 24 hours but best time to visit is morning or evening as the afternoon sun is too intense for leisurely stroll. there is a day and night zoo and... More
