Impress with the zoo and I think this is the best zoo I have ever been in east and west Malaysia with cleanliness and quality. Although 95% were filled with animals my kids enjoy... read more

We visited this place based on recommendations from friends and rave reviews online. It definitely didnt disappoint us. The zoo may be small, but it was cleaned, well kept and designed, cooling environment, animals are healthy and well fed. The state of the zoo reminds me of Singapore Night Safari. We went there during the day and took the free... More

Impress with the zoo and I think this is the best zoo I have ever been in east and west Malaysia with cleanliness and quality. Although 95% were filled with animals my kids enjoy the trip and loves the animals. We can see the animal closer than we thought. Not sure about the night safari but the zoo had done... More

The night safari is a total waste of time. It's literally a day zoo without the sun & it's in total dark. Do not expect any safari-ness of this Night Safari. It's exactly the day time zoo - at night. Same animal in cage, same place. It's so dark and the small little lights from the half-working lamp post is... More

Upkeep wise its not really great. However, this zoo is realy great. Good variety of animals, easy to walk, plenty of shades and the one I like best, close interaction with the animals. Half the time i would be thinking isnt it very close to the animals. Don't worry, althought its close but the animals kept are largely those that... More

I don't think you can see anything at night as most animal's cage lights up without anything can be seen. You have to ride on the tram in order to see. But, if you seat behind, you won't be able to hear any explaination from the driver in Malay language only (NOT suitable for foreigners) The tram will let you... More

I visited this zoo both at day and night and i shall say both are totally different and amazing experience. As we all know animal are most active at night and by visiting the zoo at night we come across lion and tiger roaring which is quite scary but indeed truly fascinating. Crowded on weekends and the crowd are much... More

Nothing much to tell, zoo is just a zoo, but the ticket is quite cheap, not sure for night safari. Very crowded when im visiting, maybe is because of weekend. Overall worth to visit.

The caretakers are friendly. Our tram driver (on his last shift!) took extra mile to show us the animals during our night safari trip. It's amazing how fast they can locate where the animals are hiding in the dark. This zoo needs the monetary support to keep it going. Good staff but perhaps lack of funding to upkeep the various...
