This cruise was $50 and all I wanted was a ride to Flowerpot Island but they include a tour of two shipwrecks that I didn't really care to much about.

The boat ride was pleasant. Felt very secure. The trip over the wrecks lasted just long enough, I mean, how far long can you look at the top of an exceedingly tidy wreck? Flowerpot island was super. Another time I would go earlier in the...More

This tour delivers as promised. We sat on the upper deck Blue Heron V after deciding that might enhance our view. The crew was very friendly - and on a side note- as we were backing out about to embark on our adventure, some late...More

Overall a pretty good experience. The crew was great and very knowledgeable, we just couldn't hear them very well at points (no megaphone or speaker on the upperdeck). We sat on the upper deck of the Heron V and could clearly see the 2 shipwrecks...More

Great view of the lake and islands. Good timing to come back is important. 1 hour for a quick look at the beach, 2 to 3 hours for the hiking the loop trail.

For our honeymoon getaway I really wanted to see flowerpot island as I figured it was the closest I could get to Caribbean waters on a short two day trip. We didn't do much research as to other cruise tours and just picked this one...More

The boat was on time in leaving for the flowerpot island, and on time to pick us up. A plus! We had a seat inside near the floor windows which was nice when it came time to seeing the shipwrecks. Another plus. The problem with...More

You don't need to take the glass-bottom boat. The other one is better. Take the orange boat and look over the edge! Awesome experience!

It helps, in peak season. However, we booked it the morning of, and went in the afternoon. no problem. We were there the end of September last year, in what is known as the 'shoulder season' in tourist areas. The glass... More

Hi there, we are visiting Tobermory end of September. Will the boats be available this time? We'll be with our three kids 8, 5 and 2. What are our best options to see the islands and shipwrecks and lighthouses? Shall we book boats/jets in advance? What is the best way to plan our trip? Thanks a lot!
