Our touring group visited here and had a wonderful tour by a local. It is well kept and a moving tribute to those who gave their lives.

Rhone American cemetary was a complete unknown to us despite having visited Normandy. The grounds were beautifully and respectfully maintained and the free guided tour including background to the cemetary, stories of a number of the men buried there and the continued on going research were really informative. Following this visit I intend doing more research on the landings in the south of France when I go home. Excellent and a location everyone in the area should spend at least 45mins in when in the area.

Cemetery of the Soldiers who laid down their lives in the line of duty. Well maintained and managed. Co located with the large cantonment of French Army.. Anybody visiting this place may also have a look at the Artillery Museum nearby
