We enjoyed all aspects of this walk with great guilds , lodge hosts and support staff. From the pickup to the drop off back in TeAnau it was fantastic. Kahu and Matt the guilds were amazing, sharing their knowledge on all aspects of the trip. We were blessed with great weather and a awesome helicopter flight out via the coast... More

Our hike along the Hollyford Track was a life-changing event. The knowledge of the guides, the quality of the food, the magnificent environment all contributed to make our holiday most memorable. All was extremely well organised, with great attention to detail, delivered in a friendly and engaging manner. While the first day was quite a challenge, having to hike 19.5km... More

A fantastic journey and very picturesque. Couldn't rate it highly enough. From great guides and Lodge managers, down to being so well catered for. And above all, excellent value for money.

Wonderful experience, with knowledgeable guides. One day of rain, two of beautiful sunshine, in an area where the annual rainfall is measured in metres! The well-equipped lodges were havens of peace and tranquility, with meals of the highest quality prepared by dedicated hosts.Added to the mix of nature, ecology and history, the jetboat excursions and helicopter flight into Milford Sound... Our Highlights were our guides: their stories bringing history alive with early settlers exploits; sharing native tree and plant knowledge, including tasting edible morsels; naming magnificent mountains; sharing Maori legends and special places. The smiley jet boat driver and lodge hosts were lovely friendly folk providing superb meals and hospitality. From forest to coast stunning scenery and waterfalls, topped off... More

Contact & booking through Hollyford Track website was really easy & comfortable. Information regarding the trip was readily available. On the Track the guides, Mush & Matt were excellent, being friendly, knowledgeable & very approachable. The accommodation & meals were excellent & exceeded my expectation of meals in the wild. All in all an excellent trip, to be recommended to... More

This was a really great experience, the guide Graham was passionate, highly expert about the fklora, fauna and geology of the area and that made a huge value-add difference. Food was excellent, accomodation warm and inviting cabins but still very comfortable for glamping. All staff were friendly and genuinely nice

Just a short walk down this rack is a great experience for those not used to the NZ bush, It is mostly flat although does get tougher if you do the full track

This whole trip is beautiful in all weathers. We started in typically heavy Fiordland rain and ended in sunshine. The food, guides and quality of the trip is excellent. I would advise taking just a few extra clothes as the drying room at Pyke lodge was ineffective and we started the next day with very wet clothes which was a... More
