While in Cherrapunji, Meghalaya for our Alumni Meet, we decided to stay at Sa-I-Mika, based on the recommendation and experience of one of our friends. And what an experience it was ! The place is designed like a set straight out of a Western Movie ! The place is on a rocky surface with a couple of gurgling streams at... More

We visited Sa-I-Mika Park in December 2016. It was referred by a friend. We'd booked the place for 2 nights. We realised after getting to the resort that Sohra is a good place to keep as base, while exploring the area. We spoke to the temporary site manager, Bado; the on-leave-at-the-time manager, Atanu; the manager of a sister cottage in... More

was shut in Wed, reached there around 1 PM. Though, the small shops around will sell good artifacts for very cheap. Picked up quite few souvenirs from the place.

Went twice in 2011 & 2012 with family. What a break through from city rush & artificial lifestyle! Small team of attendants which takes care of you in best possible way. Sole resort on whole mountain range, makes it more excited and girls feel scared. The best time Feb to June when it's green all over. Fabulous view, stream down... More

The park is outside the town when one reaching from Shillong to Sohra. A beautiful resort is located inside Sa-I-Mika. We had taken the slip road to reach at the gate of the park although we had not gone inside the park as we have to rush to see the falls coz the weather just got cleared and no one... More
