We rented a cycle and roamed around the fort. Had some snacks in the restaurant. It is a nice place to spend some quality time.

The fort is located in the center of Imphal city with lot of open space and walking area. There is temple, and other historical building inside the complex. It is a must visit.

Kangla fort in Imphal is a must visit place. it is in the centre of the city. It is historically so important to Manipur, I felt great for being here. there are few important places inside to visit like temples, museum etc.

It is a nice historical place situated in the heart of Imphal city. Inside Kangla you can see very attractive historical monoments, big greenery park and Kangla Museum and many other attractive places to see.

For indians no permit needed as of now. If u r coming directly imphal for a purpose then book a flight which are cheap. For tourism come via nagaland. By visiting kohima. Well roads are not that good. But view and... More
