We "cycled" the Rallarvegen from Haugastol to Flåm. We parked our car at Flåm and took the first train in the morning with the Flamsbana up to Myrdal, and then we took the Bergen-Oslo train to Haugastol. From there we cycled 27 km to Finse....More

Rented bikes at Finse. Took the train to the next station as the first 15 km were blocked by snow. Did a fair amount of walking where the road was blocked by snow on the next 10 km. This actually made it more fun!!!!!. Great...More

Easy of travel, either on foot or by rented bike from Finse or elsewhere. Watch out for loose gravels and/or rough cobbles if travelling by bike!
