The boardwalk is a lovely wooden pathway along part of the south beach. We walked up and down there many times during our stay Hastings. We found a small beach along the way with absolutely no one on it and spent a whole afternoon there...More

Amazing views, stunning beach. Can walk on the wooden broad walk or the white sandy beaches. Stretches for miles all the way to Bridgetown. Quiet, not very busy, picturesque and great to stroll down with you're partner. Can't say enough good things. Go and see...More

If you don't want the effort of walking thru sand, this is the way to go. It starts just 100mtres east of the hotel and winds its way along the coast. One night we watched baby turtles hatching right beside the boardwalk.

Amazing walk at sunset. Not well lit so take a torch for after dark. Super relaxing and great for taking photos of the beautiful surroundings.

What a nice addition to Bridgetown area over the past many years. Easy to stroll on and to sit and take in the views. Lots of restaurants along the way as well. Definitely take this in if you are in Bridgetown visiting.

Whilst the boardwalk isn’t particularly long it’s a good place to walk along during the day to look at the beautiful blue sea and just chill. There are also places to stop for a drink or a meal too. I am sure it’s safe but...More

This is a very pleasant walk along the coastline with plenty of places to stop for refreshments or just to admire the beautiful blue seas and sky.

As the last answer said, it is about a 10 minute drive, or 50 minute walk, 3.9km. In the Barbados heat, I would recommend you drive or if no car, get a white van or government bus, both very cheap, either drops you off at... More

I would say it was a fair old walk to be honest especially in that heat. Get a diddly diddly bus and get off at Artsplash cafe. It starts around there.
