Getting here is tricky to navigate the roads… once found… idyllic, lovely cafe, stoney and sandy. But a picturesque cove nonetheless

A quiet retreat of a pebbly beach at he bottom of an access road well signed. Great sea views beside a well maintained Martello tower. Good car parking and a cafe with loos. Worth a visit.

Glorious beach, well worth the effort to get there.
However, don't order a 'cream tea' from the Petit Bot Tearooms.....
Microwaved fruit scone (dry), strawberry jam portion pack and squirty cream, truly abysmal. I rarely write a negative review but felt that the price of £13.50 for two 'cream teas' pushing it a bit.

Disappointed: walked all the way down to Petit Bot and it closed today due to some fiming on the beach. Should have had signs at very top of road!!

Such a pretty small bay well remembered from my childhood. Worth a visit. Leave your car at the top and walk down.

Situated on the south of the island Petit Bot is a lovely sheltered bay with a wide expanse of sand at low tide with rocks to explore and swim to. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to hire but most families with children just enjoy the sand or go for a swim. Car parking close to the beach is a challenge but there is roadside parking on the upward side road out of the bay. There is a coastal path either side of the bay too to enjoy a little walk on. Depending on which way the wind is blowing then the beach is very sheltered from the elements. Great spot to soak up some rays.

Walking the cliff path, I stopped at Petit Bot tea room for subsidence. What a lovely location, one of the prettiest beaches and the tea rooms is an old water mill with lovely outdoor space and Martello tower

I noticed the special - pizza and beer for £10 and asked if available ( I arrived after 14.00). No problem! I received an excellent margarita pizza and Stella on a table overlooking the beach, south facing and in the sun. Perfect. For pizza experts, the recipe followed the traditional Naples style - super thin crust and the basic ingredients of tomato paste, mozzarella and basil. You could be on the Amalfi coast!

I thoughts of this cafe as a stop off place en route to a final destination. It deserves to be enjoyed in its own right

Chatted to the owner and staff - both v friendly and helpful. If a resident or tourist, worth a visit

This beach on Guernseys south coast cliffs is nothing short of world class. Offering hours of fun for beach bums families and adventure seekers alike. Wonderful little cafe/restaurant open in the summer. High tide activity is a little restricted but as it recedes the wonder that is childhood rockpooling reveals its self. It is also a great place to launch a Kayak if that's your thing. Cant recommend this beach enough for a wonderful safe place to swim.

This is one of the smaller bays on Guernsey but has a cafe and toilets. Easy to reach on foot from the bus, but car access, too.
Stunning scenery all around and very peaceful.
There is the option to continue exploring on the coastal paths.
