Great restored example of traditional Chinese architecture. Well worth the visit to this museum -- nicely restored, including a few pieces of traditional furniture; really well done -- not many tourists or visitors; very quiet and relaxing!

I had visited Macau many times but this was the first time I visited this house. The house was built in 19th century. You would like it if you are quite interested in Chinese culture and architect.

Not much to see other than the large piece of land that the former landowners had relative to the rest of the city. They were prominent Chinese that were influential in the late 19th century.

Combine a stop to Lilau square & the Mandarin House. Very peaceful, picturesque and lots of history. Hang out in Lilau square to get a real sense of Macanese life.

The sights of Macau are somewhat limited and this is worth a visit. As well as the three interconnected houses in their compound there is a small museum.

It's an interesting old house that gives a lot of opportunities for black and white photos. Not really big but photographers will like this place.
