One of the historical buildings near Senado Square

You won't miss it on your way to Ruins of St Paul's from Senado Square. The yellow and white church is one of the major Catholic churches in Macau.

Very imposing but photogenic from the outside. Inside was a simple church which you couldn't really differentiate from other churches to be honest. Spent maybe 20mins in total here

We came across this church as we were going from Senado Square towards the Ruins of St Paul's, and were first attracted by the yellow facade. Inside the church has a high ceiling and is plain in decor rather than ornate and overembellished, giving an air of simplicity and calmness despite the number of tourists there. Going out of a... One of the attractions whilst wondering around old Macau, worth a quick pop in here. Nothing like the wealth you see in Rome and other Italian cities, but clearly is a reflection of a more simple, basic style of Catholicism. Not a 'must see' but if you are in the area, is certainly worth walking in an a quick 10... More

The church sits in between the ruins of St Paul's and Senado Square, and it definitely caught my attention although I was not looking out for it. The architecture sticks out even though the surrounding buildings are also of colonial style. I did not go in, but the facade is definitely worth a stop to take a picture.

Beautiful old church building. The venue for many concerts of classical music (free entrance!)/ If you want to touch the history of old Portugal and Macao - visit it!

You would pass by this church if you have been to the ruins of St Paul, so it's no effort to get there. Its presence adds to the beautiful atmosphere and environment of this lovely colonial area.

Was walking along Senado Square and saw many people were in and out of this church. Went in and found this church is interesting and special. Besides the is there floors of the church artifacts which you can go up floor to understand it.

We walked inside without knowing much about this church. When we entered inside than realize how big it is. Overall good experience. This is just on the way to our path so does not take extra effort to visit it. Partially crowded on a very busy street.
