Visited here with mate on a boat trip from Morges. Very hot day. After a quick lunch and wander visited here. Lovely gardens well maintained. Shady walking. Luckily a quiet mid week day so easy to mooch around. Enjoyable.

A lovely peaceful place to wander and enjoy the wonderfully set out plants, not only looking but also smelling, touching, tasting and as the wind blew, hearing them rustling in the breeze.
A delightful oasis.

This is a beautifully maintained garden. The intentionality of each section is very clear. If you enjoy the garden as it was intended it is a wonderful experience! Look in the garden of sight, truly smell in the garden of smell, taste in the garden of taste, and touch everything in its accompanying garden. Most gardens we visit are for sight only and it was lovely that this garden was truly cultivated to delight all five senses. Thank you for your hard work and for sharing it with us!

This place is definitely a labor of love, professionally organized, with friendly staff. Unfortunately we visited on a hot and busy summer day, when it had almost no flowers in bloom. Unless someone is really into gardening therefore, it doesn't amaze. We found it overpriced and in hindsight would have skipped it.

Anyone who might have the impression that this is a sensory garden that would be enjoyable for a disabled person should give this a miss. On an overcast/rainy day the cramped spaces were too crowded even for those not in a wheelchair. Having planted a very amateur garden myself in terms of scented and colourful plants, for my disabled daughter, I would consider this Jardin as being a major disappointment. Having visited gardens and other attractions, which frequently do not charge an entry fee to a disabled person or their carer, it was a bit of a shock to be told that we were being offered a ‘reduced’ rate of €10 each.

Lovely setting for a garden and good sentiment behind it though I thought the 5 senses idea unnecessary and perhaps stifled some planting opportunities. Very artistic and well thought out layout. Some beautiful plants and group plantings but on the whole too much bare soil. Excellent facilities for visitors.

I loved these gardens! I can only assume the entrance fee (which is well worth it) keeps out the hoards, but that makes them all the more peaceful in busy Yvoire. The gardens are really well laid out and cared for and there are plenty of benches throughout where you can sit for a while and enjoy. The staff were really welcoming and there’s a great shop you can access even if you choose not to visit the gardens.

I don’t think we would have found this place unless we had a friend living across the lake. It’s very tucked away in the beautiful town of Yvoire. It’s quite remarkable just how much has been achieved on the site in such a relatively short time.
Unfortunately when we visited, it was an incredibly hot day, but I would love to return and spend more time there.

These gardens were near our hotel so we thought we would while away an hour there. They proved to be much better than expected. There are in fact 7 gardens, each joined and with different themes. The whole place is very well cared for and well labelled. A wide range of interesting plants, plenty of shade and places to sit and relax. A most enjoyable visit and well worth the entrance fee.
