Everything you could hope for in a Pisco distillery visit!
Everything you would hope for in a tour of an artesanal small batch Pisco Distillery. We enjoyed the vey nice detailed tour, complete with jokes and even had the chance to taste a sample of pisco sour and five delicious varieties of Pisco. Very beautiful child and pet friendly place.

    Incredible tour!
It was such a fun experience; from learning how Pisco is made (you gain a completely different appreciation when you have an understanding of how a thing is made) to enjoying different variety of Pisco. Our tour guide was incredible and delivered a commendable tour! Truly made this experience a special one!

Best pisco tour in valle de Elqui (compared with Capel and Mistral)
We took a very informative Tour with Francisca who was able to speak fluent english which my non spanish speakijg friends understood perfectly. We learned about how they produce pisco here, but also how they are different from other brands. Also was Francisca very helpful searching for solutions, because we will be be in transit through Perú and at border patrol in lima they cry a lot about Chilean pisco and stuff and often take it away. 100% recomended to go there, but take your time because it is very chill.

Great explanation and delicious free tasting
The tour was great to understand the way of the Pisco production. It is well explained and you can taste the different kinds. Delicious Pisco and sweet wine and all for free! I highly recommend to stop and use the opportunity to buy some goods.

Best destileria in Elqui! A must visit!
This is the most amazing destileria in the entire Elqui valley, we actually visited 2 days in a row we loved it so much. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, even though we don't speak Spanish (we speak English). The views from the restaurant/bar are stunning. The first day we had a free tasting of 4 piscos and 1 sweet wine in Spanish (all wonderful). We then bought 2 really nice flavoured pisco sours (mango and papaya, recommend the papaya most!) in the restaurant. On the second day we had a free English tour of the destileria which was very interesting, they use many historic processes and we saw one process in action. Our guide, Francesca, was so lovely and answered all our questions about pisco and Chile in general! We had the free tastings again but with English explanations and a little shot of Pisco sour (the best we tried in Chile). We really recommend this destileria for everyone including English speaking tourists. Thanks for such a great experience!

We visited a number of distilleries in the Elqui Valley and this was our favourite. The tour, though only in Spanish, was very engaging, and the passion of the producer came through. Unlike most other distilleries, they offered generous samples of their range of piscos at the end. It allowed you to make an informed decision of which ones to buy afterwards. In our opinion, the pisco was exceptional, superior to that of more highly lauded places like Los Nichos. It was the most small-scale "artisanal" of the distilleries.

The guide Francesca was very very pleasant, kind, explained very well every step of the process of making Pisco, answered questions kindly and thoroughly. The tour starts with a tasty pisco sour shot and ends with tasting 5 different kinds of pisco! Takes about 30-45 minutes. Free.

Loved this distillery, we were given a tour by the owner in English without any prior reservation and it was just perfect. Started with a taster pisco sour, then the tour, then the tastings of the pisco itself. Really special place, can tell that the family really care for what they do.

The biggest standouts for this place are the service and the views from the terrace. While there was no food service as of the date of this review, you can still enjoy a pisco sour/water/soda with amazing views from the terrace. The service is second-to-none, and the place complies with all local health regulations regarding COVID-19. An absolute must to visit.

. .no hay comparacion

Walked about 20 min from the plaza in Pisco Elqui to take the free tour with my mother. We took our tour with Pedro, who was super nice and allowed ample time for me to translate for my mom, who doesn’t speak Spanish. They offered us a small sample pisco sour at the beginning, and at the end we tasted 3 varieties of pisco and a sweet wine. Everything was great, and we ended up buying several bottles! Highly recommend this tour if you’re in the area!

A really enjoyable tour where you will be explained the production process behind pisco and the tips and tricks on how to drink it. The distillery offers you a welcome drink and a tasting of pisco at the end of the tour. It takes about 30 minutes in total.
Really great experience

Amazing and beautiful place. Great piscos. But the most amazing thing is Don Pedro our tour guide. Well informed, dynamic and the nicest gentleman you will ever meet. We bought 3 bottles of Eclipse pisco sweet and super tasty beverage. Amazing experience.
