Everybody that likes history should visit Almeida. It is unique! Do not forget the museum and a walk all around the walls. The tourist information office has very good maps with information and history.

If you like medieval buildings and great scenarios, Almeida is a must. Built on top of a hill, overlooking Spain, it offers you great horizons
