As one of the many waterfalls around (and us not being extremely excited to visit hundreds of them), it is still a nice place to go about and explore the island, have a refreshing dip or treat yourself with purchased refreshments. Choose a sunny day.

We did the hike to Kawasan Falls which was lots of fun. We got to do some cliff jumps and experienced sliding down rocks into a waterfall. Kawasan Falls itself is very beautiful, but far too crowded for my liking. I definitely recommend doing the hike there as you get to see and do a lot more on the way.

An amazing spectacle but it's ruined by the amount of people there. The shabby shanty town food stops don't help either. I appreciate that it's an income to a lot of people but they could have kept it a little more authentic. Having said that, it's a must see. Pick a weekday and go early. :)

Green all around, turquoise water, devoted guides made canyoning in Kawasan river a splendid experience (with action planet) through Savedra dive center. Suggest not to squeeze too many of us in one truck.

The scenery made the hike to falls short and easy. There is a small entrance fee (it's a tad bit more for foreigners) but still super cheap! There are guides that will take you to the falls on a giant raft. I took my gopro with me and got some awesome shots and videos. There's a restaurant there in case... More

It's a physically and nerve demanding experience, deep in the heart of Filipino nature. Not recommended for the delicate or weak of heart - you really have to get out of your comfort zone for this one. We booked with Planet Action in Moalboal and the guides were great. Great hiking, climbing and thrilling jumps!

Total adventure package experience for my family during our stay in Moalboal. This place is awesome that you have be back once again to experience the cold water falls plus the massage from it using the wooden raft.

I think the most value of this place is the surroundings, not the falls. Its very beautiful there. The falls are allready so commercial, but of course worth visit. In 20 km distance you can find many more falls, if you are keen on them. Kawasan is allthought very easy to visit. Just near the highway with short walk.

The first pool is totally full, but if you go up to second and third level of this fall it's really nice. So don't be afraid about walking and don't wear flip flops. The walk is not hard but you have to take care were you put your feeds. At the second and third fall you can jump from around... More

The hike to the falls is an easy walk. Bring some money to pay a small fee and grab something to eat. The falls are pretty and you can take a swim under them or ride a raft. Ropes are available in the water to assist. You can also pay to use a table and grab something to eat. Worth... More
