    An iconic part of Mykonos
Little Venice is a charming part of Mykonos. The water lapping up on the building is reminiscent of Venice. The narrow alleys contain many shops and boutiques and cafes, many of which are overpriced. But it is a nice area to stroll around in.

    Breathtaking
While prices are on the high end (even higher than the cruise ship we sailed in), it's worth every penny, the tavernas by the edge of the Aegean sea overlooking the waterfront, it's just breathtaking. We were there at sun set, it was a spectacle of light and shade as the sun set, the water shining and the small boats at the distance. The windmills at the distance and the perfect white of the walls and the live colors of the window blinds and doors make this place UNIQUE. I can say that of my many travels, this is one of the most special and beautiful places I've seen in the world

    Cute shopping area
The winding streets of this authentic island town were fascinating. This is the white buildings that are so picturesque in photos and it did not disappoint. We wove around the shops and restaurants and loved seeing the sights. Definitely could've spent a lot more time shopping, but we wanted to spend the majority of the day by the beach. I recommend strolling through Little Venice, visiting the Mykonos windmills, and then catching the public bus to Platis Gialis Beach for the perfect day here.

    Picturesque spot below the Windmills
Lovely place to visit for the views and a drink by the sea. Gets VERY busy though and if it’s windy, those waves do crash over the sea walk! Definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed a drink inside one of the bars with huge windows and views- without getting wet!

    Absolutely a bucket list item!
I did a lot of reading prior to coming but even the descriptions didn’t do this place justice. It is a very unique “village” with plant of places to sit by the sea and enjoy a drink or meal. The one downside is they really increases the prices of everything during tourist season so ask the cost of everything BEFORE you order or agree to purchase something. Also i’ve been told that this is a VERY ACTIVE party area after 9pm so be aware of that. My wife and I enjoyed drinks and dinner and had a great time before 7pm!

A must visit when coming to Mykonos
We stayed in Plati Yialos, Mykonos, for three nights. We came by bus to Mykonos Town every night. The bus would drop off the passengers not far from the windmills. Little Venice is the famous place where people go to see the sunset. An area full of restaurants and bars. It's a picturesque and pleasant place to have a drink. The only negative about this area is restaurants want to charge twenty-five to forty euros per person for the tables closest to the water. You can hang out next to the windmills and have the same experience.; ask before you sit down. I highly recommend coming for a visit.

A totally unspoilt and traditional part of Mykonos town.
Tho amazing part of Mykonos town is totally traditional by today standards . The cobblestones narrow winding streets lined with local traders offering traditional Greek items and those unique to Mykonos. With so many restaurants and bars there is something for everyone . A must if come to the island. Enjoy.

    Gorgeous
Mad, quirky, cute, busy, gorgeous - what a place. We loved it although goodness knows what it must be like in the height of summer. Even in September at the end of the season it was busy. We just spent many an hour wandering round and staring. Gorgeous

Beautiful setting. A nice spot in Mykonos for sunset dinner or coctails
This array of beautifully coloured houses built literally in the sea can be best enjoyed and photographed from the windmills. Also there are very nice cosy bars for a night coctail or breakfast. Good fish tavernas and restaurants but be prepared to pay a little extra for the beautiful setting and view. Be aware that this is a very windy sea front.

    Quaint streets and buildings
The quaint pretty streets and buildings in the Little Venice area of Mykonos Town are well worth a visit. Be cautious of some of the bars because the prices of drinks can be expensive. We checked a few before going inside and found a sea front bar that was reasonable value. I love the way that the buildings are painted regularly to keep them white and bright. The windmills provide good photo opportunities, especially with cocktail or two.

To be honest I don't like the name Little Venice as it's different and original to Mykonos , nice and crowdy place with lot of restaurants and bars a must see at Mykonos

The picturesque old centre of the island is home to many bars, restaurants and shops. My wife and I paid a short visit to the area and enjoyed the opportunity to stroll around.

Winding narrow alleys give shape to this waterfront neigbourhood of Mykonos town. Explore shops, cafés, souvenirs and greek artcraft.

This is one of the prettiest parts of town. Some of the restaurants and bars along the street have terraces that look out to sea. But be prepared, the area can be swarming with tourists, depending upon the weather and the time of the year. Nothing but tourism here.

Little Venice is such a beautiful little place, it did remind me of being in Venice for a moment.
It is extremely busy with crowds, especially when cruise ships are docked but its definitely worth stopping for a moment.
We stopped here to enjoy some gelato, we were hoping to meet Pedro the pelican but he wasn't anywhere to be seen.

We walked through as part of a tour, and it's very pretty, and very busy. It's just part of wandering in Mykonos.

Take a nice stroll through this charming district in Mykonos, which has very lovely paved streets. Almost every corner is a nice photo opportunity. I did find the place to be a bit touristy, with its many designer shops, but overall, the vibe was pretty chill and no one was aggressively touting or anything. Do stop by the seaside area between the buildings and the iconic windmills during sunset, it makes for pretty nice lighting and views!
