Considering this is listed as one of the highlights of Mykonos, it's really disappointing. It's pretty enough but if you are doing a cruise and seeing lots of other churches and sites then this just seems unremarkable. There is no info about and you can't enter so just a very quick walk around the outside. It was also very busy... More

This is a beautiful church, closed to tourists but worthy of a visit just to take in the structure and appreciate the architecture.

There is no information about the churches on site and the "visit" consists in a walk around the outside ... Not possible to get in or learn anything of the history of the churches ... Pretty whitewashed buildings set against the blue sea ... Surrounded by people taking selfies ...

Although, you can't go inside it is still worth getting to on Mykonos. For an architecture lover like me I was impressed and loved being able to photograph it.

In Mykonos (but all around Greece) there is an impressive number of churches. What makes the Paraportiani church so unique is its construction. This lovely whitewashed church, right by the sea, actually consists of five separate churches with different styles which have been joined into one. In facts, the four churches at ground level constitute also the base of the... More

It's an old church that you can walk around it, take a picture with it, but that's pretty much it. Seems pretty old.

Interesting to see quite a few people complaining they couldn't go inside. This is actually a real and very special church, not just a tourist attraction. Not sure how special it would be if its doors were open to have tourists traipsing in and out with their cameras. I was married here in September 2015, my husband is from Mykonos... More
