This has to be done on the tour of the battlefield of the town. It is beautifully maintained and interesting to see how another nation honours its dead.

Here you can find many tombs of the soldier who's dead during the Dien Bien Phu war in 1954. However, the place is very peaceful so you don't feel so sad.

This cemetery is very well maintained and contains the remains of Vietnamese soldiers in mostly mixed and unnamed graves. The memorial is also appropriate to its surroundings.
