This beach is amazingly clean, the sunbeds are €12 for 2 with parasol. There is a cracking new inflatable activity out on the ocean off this beach at €5 for the hour. Well worth it, never laughed as much in my life.

Nice enough beach, with some nice spots to sit and enjoy the sun although a bit further along is the tacky shops and bars area, although there are some good restaurants.

As the name suggests the stretch is grand because it is very long and the sand is fine and soft on feet. Great for swimming.

Everyone who has NOT been to Lanzarote believes the island is nothing but black sand for beaches. WRONG! If you look around, there are plenty of white sandy beaches and surfers just love the bits around La Santa on the "other" side of the island.

Lanzarote as an island is probably one of the most beautiful places I have visited and playa Grande is no exception you can swim safely in the sea whilst looking at the schools of fish absolutely great place

We were there in September 2018, The beach is clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas cost €12.00 (for two). Only problem were the mobile massage service. It gets a bit annoying to hear "Massage" all the time

Visited this beach on a cruise ship tour. The sun beds and umbrellas are reasonably priced at 12 Euros and we found beds easily. The beach isn’t particularly pretty but had what you needed, toilets and refreshments near, shops behind the beach and inflatables in...More
