We have been to the Industrial Museum Brandenburg several times with different guests. Everyone was thrilled. Whether with children or "only" with adults. Here everyone takes something with them: whether technology and production of steel, whether history of a place, whether industrial culture, light and architecture. Or just marvel at the former size of the facility. Another plus: the extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is fun and rather rare. We look forward to the next visit.

I'm frequently the Eastern Germany to have a walk in the footprints of the former GDR. The Industriemuseum was really worth the while.
This museum is amazing. Really quite the hidden gem. You leave with a clear feeling of how it was to work at the plant back in the days.
So any travellers with similar fetiches as me who want to experience the former GDR - Don't miss out on this place.

There are lots of old vehicles on display which I found interesting. The actual steel works is OK but lots of steps which I personally found difficult. Good way to spend a few hours though. Plenty of free parking.
