A new building, with a souvenir shop and an exhibition related to the art and finds at the nearby cave. There’s also a small restaurant. All in all worth a visit. What I cannot understand is the lack of coordination between the Centro and the...More

If the caves are fully booked, do visit this free museum. It's very well laid out, very interesting and really gives some insight into how they were discovered and their importance. Everything is in English too and its hands on enough to appeal to kids...More

It is very poorly illuminated throughout the tour which basically takes you to the end of the accessible area to view neolithic paintings. The brochure shows numerous painting areas but only one is visited and explained. The most disappointing aspect is that there are fantastic...More

We are very sorry for your opinion. In the Cave of Tito Bustillo, the lighting established is in accordance with the needs of conservation and preservation of cave paintings. Artificial light damages the paintings, so it is forbidden to use cameras. Regards,

It is suggested that English speakers visit this museum before going on a tour of the Tito Bustillo Cave. Cave tours are given only in Spanish whereas both English and Spanish are used in the museum which contains many Stone Age artifacts as well geological...More

As other reviewers have said it is vital to turn up early so that you have time to visit the exhibition which is on the 1st floor in the building where you collect your ticket. We reserved tickets on-line and paid just over 7 euros...More

Thank goodness we visited this exhibition before we went on to visit the caves. The exhibition is well set out and well lit. It is in both English and Spanish and creates a very thought provoking experience. If you intend to visit the caves and...More

A really good exhibition (in English and Spanish) about the formation and discovery of the cave system and the amazing prehistoric cave art that has been found within. The rooftop cafe also has wonderful views from inside or on the terrace.

This exhibition centre essential to visit either before or after a guided visit to the Bustillo cave, as it shows not only the Palaeolithic art from the visit but also that found in other adjacent caverns, which are not available to the public. Creatively constructed,...More

Excellent interpretation centre, and essential to visit here before taking the guided tour of the cave. No expense has been spared in putting this together and the end result is very good. Staff really helpful, and good restaurant too.
