From Montego to Negril, to our hotel. Very nice, clean and a micro bus just for ourselves. Also on return, very sharp on time and clean. Nothing to complain

After we FINALLY made it out of the Montego airport, we went to the Expedia desk and they gave us our prepaid ticket. WE then went outside and were escorted to the bus taking us to the hotel. We stopped at three different hotels before the Hilton. We had no issues and would take this again.

Omar and Keron were excellent drivers both providing good info about Jamaica and were really nice. I'll look to rebook transfers on my next trip based on their service

Clean car, on time, respectable price and nice driver. Pickup back to the airport was the same and I would (and will) use Jamaica Transfers Online again.
Also contact was very good and even making a small change to pickup time was simple and not a problem.

Great service.
The company staff was at the airport and the driver came very fast at our meeting point from the Airport to the hotel.

I just returned from a week in this resort with my friend. First, I have to comment on the customer service. Every single person went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful! The beach is absolutely gorgeous. And the food is really good :-) I am definitely returning!

Omg Romario was so nice and professional he went above and beyond to assist us with any and everything we needed! Give this Guy Raise, Medal Etc…. Very professional and respectful he treated us like ROYALTY I couldn’t have asked for better service and treatment! I will definitely be going back I love it there…
