The whole process was stress free, we went on the boat first, they may alter the time for the best weather conditions, so when they say to arrive 2hours early its for good reason, We travelled straight out from land to deeper waters for over...More

We booked a whalesafari and it got canceled 3 times. On the first day (morning and afternoon) the weather was too blame, too much wind and too much waves, so that was understandable. On the second day, after having consulted 2 wind apps both for...More

Hi Madana and thanks for your review. As I wrote it already many times, our guests don't have all the information to decide if the weather is good enough or not. Bad weather for us is strong wind no matter if it is sunny or...More

Hi Helena. Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. Something warm, such as a soup, is always nice at the end.

Hi Myska. Thanks for your feedback. Your description is quite accurate and I can explain a bit more here. The whale feeding ground off Andenes is about 45 to 55 minutes away by boat and it is quite big (some square kilometres). The whale food...More

There is a direct flight from London to Tromsø with Norwegian. From Tromsø it’s just a 25 minute flight to Andenes. During the summer time Norwegian also has a direct flights between Oslo and Andenes.
