Came here even though Google told me it was closed but wasnt and was only one here,with 10 riggit entrance I had 3 floors batik art all to myself to enjoy

You are almost guaranteed that there will no crowds when you are there. Good for some quiet artistic contemplation. While not a destination in itself, you should check it if you are in the Armenian Street area.
