Neat, clean and well organised. But we have to wait the local cabs for pickup and drop . 40 per person for pickup and drop . Zoo entry fee 60 per person .

Being a zoo at hilly area, its not on plane land. hence you have to move up n downs through out the zoo. All common animals are visible inside including some cold animals , panda etc. But you will enjoy a lot,

Nainital Zoo is on really high altitude. You need to take shuttle service from Mall road, which takes you to Vehicle point, from there need to climb some distance, it really checks your stamina. Have many species of animals (Including Royal Bengal Tiger) and Birds....More

There is a shuttle service upto entry of the zoo which helps you to save 1.5 kms of walk to the hill. From there again the visitors have to walk/climb on slope a lot to see the animals. It houses good variety of animals including...More

Excellent and attractive zoo they gave build up on top of the hills. You have to par 100 INR PP and 40 PP for pick and drop from mall road.

Sachin, yes you can visit Lake and Zoo in the evening. But i suggest, visit Zoo first as else it will become dark and all the animals will go inside their cages and you will not be able to enjoy your visit to the Zoo... More

There are state run cabs there to run from Shimla station road to take you there. Your own car cab can also take you there and drop you before 200 meters from the ticket counter.
