    Good views and relaxing walk
Good place to relax on a boat ride. Suggest take the longer ride to the end of the other side. Getting to the boat was very crowded but once the ride started it was good and relaxing. Views are good. We did it in the evening around 6 so got a little of sunset view.

    A boat ride in heaven
Whether taking a boat ride in the lake or just walking along it on the Mall Road, the views are breathtaking. You can feel the peace by just looking around at the scenery of tall mountains, and if weather is by your side then low clouds too. There are other activities that are offered at the lake, but the lake itself has become dirty and polluted due to the large number of tourists that throng it every year.

    Mesmerisingly beautiful lake
We visited again in October 23 after more than 3 decades and the lake is still green, pretty as ever. You get to see it as soon as you enter the town and it is a sight to behold. I have seen many lakes in hill towns but none as pretty as this one.

    Beautiful Lake
Beautiful lake. We did boating and enjoyed the view of the city from the lake. Boat ride is a must do activity when visiting Nainital. In wind was a bit chilly even in the late January afternoon even though the sun was shining bright, so dress warmly.

    Beautiful place
Nainital is a beautiful hill station located in Kumaon Hill in the state of Uttarakhand, India. There are lots of things to do near the lakes of Bhimtal and Sattal, the two must-visit lakes in the city. If you are traveling in Nainital, you can take a ropeway to Snow View, which is the best place to go with family. Since I am an adventure buff and cave garden. I took a mini trek to the China peak, which made me feel so close to nature. When in the Mall road which is in the heart of the city and in the side of Lake. If you are planning a romantic weekend getaway with a family tour or student tour, Nainital is the best place for you.

    Great
This is a one of best lake in series of my touring journey. Even Dal Lake beauty is fade in front of this lake. Cleanliness is maintained by government authorities. Boat and fish make the boating fantastic. I suggest everyone must go here at least once in a life. I request all of tourists, please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in this location for next generation

    Great
The town is centred around the emerald mountain lake Naini, which on most days is dotted with colourful sailboats. According to mythology, the lake is believed to have been formed when the eyes of goddess “Sati” fell at this spot while her body was being carried by Lord Shiva after her death. The exact depth at some point in the lake is not yet introduced. People don't know the exact depth because the one entered to do so has never returned.

    my love at first site-Nainital
Once i visited nainital on 2021, on my birthday, i felt blessed by Naina ma, since then every year i visit to take her blessing and let myself flow with the beautiful nature. just sit by the lake and u can spend the whole day looking at the changes the lake takes along with the Sun. by the lake side, there are different kind of street food, bhutta, jhalmuri, coffee (home-made/ instant). momos etc. I love to spend the time here. market is not very much unique from other Mall rd markets, but sometime u can find some handicrafts made of wood and bamboo. there is a rope-car tour above the market and some local game zones, where u can spend some fun times. Zoo is built very high and it is a challenge for us from mainland to climb above. thats what I felt bad, as the specially categorised animals were placed high above.

    Must visit place in Nainital
Nainital Lake is one of the top most attractions of Nainital. On the mall road you can go here and visit the famous Naina Devi temple. The lake is excellent for boating. You can take a paddle boat but convenient will be to take rowing boat with the person rowing for you. 3 people can sit in one boat. They will take you for an hour or half and hour depending upon your preference. The lake boat ride will give you complete view of the nainital hillstation which is surrounded by mountains. It will take few hours and post the boat ride you can do some shopping in the nearby Tibet market and other stalls leading to the Naina devi temple. Must visit place in Nainital.

this hotel is a bit of a shame on the welcomegroup chain. was to stay for 3 nights but cut it short to two nights. the rooms are very ordinary not befitting a heritage hotel. In fact thereisnothing heritage about the hotel except for thefact that the buildingis an old building. Front desk is not manned all the time. the food is rudimentary to say the least.Despite being full season we were the only guests inthis hotel. The cook is probably someone off the street who does not know the difference between soya and blackbean sauce. no clue about chinese food except noodles fried rice and manchurian. Indian food is standard two types of veg rice and rotis. absolute disaster the food and the cooking. No proper conceiege who can guide to to the sight seeing spots. when asked they say u can go the lake and aound the mall and that is about it.
service is poor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone even if they offer the accommodation for free. in short a disaster.
