If you're looking for a place near Maresias beach but not so overcrowded, you're looking for Santiago beach. Right after Pauba beach on the way north, Santiago is a cozy and small beach with quiet tide and no waves at all. Perfect for a weekend with friends and family. Santiago is the best beach of the region if you like nature, less crowded place, nice water and less people trying to sell you stuffs. Plus, there is a little waterfall at one side of the beach giving you a chance to fresh up before leaving. Best Combo.

It´s a beach very very near the road, and the road is higher than the beach itself, so it´s not nice to be there on the sand and see cars going up and down... there is also the noisy... This small beach on the north coast of the state of sao paulo still has sand and water clean. Allows for sports like surfing at certain times of the year and also has calm waters, excellent for families with kids.An added facility, which is a freshwater bath that descends the mountain just behind the beach.
