I was unaware of this piece of history until I read about it in the tourist guide. The memorial is small but well kept and close to the venetian shipyard so take a look at both together

A monument near the beach! I found out that this monument is all about 1st World War, by a Corfiot citizen who was passing by. We had a great talk and my wife and I had a great time!! Good times!!!

You just walk past here, not worth a detour. The surroundings are alright. Nothing else to say about it.

An interesting small memorial,not brilliantly kept ,but I suppose being British means we're are more used to cwgc standards. However, it is more a visual image to research a bit further into a unknown to me part of the war.
