This was a brilliant day out. Parked and caught the bus at the Wurtachmohl, the saw mill. Cost 3 euros each on the bus, a really obvious pick up point outside the mill, then hiked back. A baking hot day. Wear boots for ankle support...More

The information we found was very confusing and we weren't sure if it's a good idea for our group (ages 5 to 80). We started at Schattenmühle, an entry with information sign. There are endless paths you can take different lengths and difficulty. It is...More

Really nice hike (although the duration is not 5 hours but rather 3.5-4). But it is a hike (don't just go with sandals) with some stony and narrow parts. And bring some water with you, there are a couple of picnic places but no kiosks...More

This is an excellent walk and good value for free. The path varies in quality so you’ll want grippy shoes and more so if it’s wet. Failure to know this will add to your excitement on various ledges. There is a car park at either...More

Walked 7km down this trail from the top. Stopped for a picnic lunch then walked back up (used own car). Lovely riverside/gorge walk. Many beautiful small waterfalls. Well equipped with hand rails and steps (and you need them). A pleasant hike.
