One of my greatest experiences...walking in the village and seeing the life of people in their beautiful houses deeply impressed me. Although the weather was super hot in the middle of August, I'm happy that I had the chance to visit this incredible place.

The Ancient town is well preserved and gives a greater insight into old China. If Wuzhen is too out of the way for you Pingjiang in Suzhou may be a better option, it is also much livelier.
