The chorten is a short climb away from Namgyal Institute of Technology. Don't be discouraged by the steep slope from the parking to the stupa: it is not as taxing as it looks. The stupa has 216 prayer wheels around the four walls (we counted)...More

Simple stupa but well built. The sculpting work is nicely done. Not much place to sit around or see around. This is only a 15 min visit place.

This is a small stupa situated near to the nymgyal institute of tibetology, the road is very steep and one to walk to reach there. There are prayer wheels around the Stupa, you can skip this place if your are short on time.

This is considered local and has many other attractions in the vicinity. Suggest you hire a car that can take you around for a lump sum. Going to each attraction on your own may turn out to be more expensive.
