Fortunately everything about the place was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, cold snow with excellent mountain view . It was nature at its best. I can approach the chinese border here which feels great. Its a must see.

A must visit place if you are Sikkim, we visited in February and most of the part was snow covered. The view is breathtaking, very well maintained roads from Gangtok. The army officials at indo-china border are too patient to help you with your questions. One suggestion, they are working in extreme conditions, be considerate and please dont frustrate them... It's all military area, You must have to take government permits( before 10 am), After 2 pm tourists are not allowed there, Please don't make photography there, Weather is very cold there so take enough wool cloths, Air is also thin there so take kapur or popcorns to eat who have breath problem.

This place is as beautiful as anything can be. Snow laden mountains make for a breathtaking view. Extreme temperature and high altitude need to be taken care of though.
